Foodservice Program Operating Manual                                                                                

Use this manual as a resource and guide for your school nutrition program.

The GDOE Nutrition Advisory Council Group (formerly known as ACES) compiled documents and forms commonly used in School Nutrition for your use. Thanks to Cleta Long, Bibb County and Karen Mathis, Paulding County for final reviews and formatting. If you feel any of these documents are not correct or need updating please email GSNA Executive Director, Susan Cheshire at susan@georgiaschoolnutrition.com.

GSNA is hosting the files on our Web site for our members.

There are currently sections of this guide/manual that do not have any files. Those sections will be updated with documents when available.

You will need your GSNA Web log in to access the files.

If you have not created a GSNA Web log in you will need your GSNA Member ID, which is a 4-6 digit number and your last name to create one.
