Our 2023 Annual Conference will be packed with dynamic keynote speakers, informative educational sessions and a wide variety of exhibits as well as lots of FUN!

Fueling Georgia’s Future with Quality Meals - Rich's Tour & Culinary Session
sponsored by Georgia Department of Education School Nutrition Program

Maximum of 100 attendees

$125 per person - Attendee registration and transportation will be covered by a grant from the Georgia Department of Education School Nutrition Program.
This session will demonstrate how the application of culinary skills and incorporation of locally grown foods can be a recipe for quality school meals. Attendees will learn culinary skills and receive resources to support school meal programs. As part of the session, attendees will also have the opportunity to tour Rich’s Brunswick, GA plant to see the production of products that are a part of quality school meals.

The Epworth staff employs methods that promote experiential learning through the implementation of team building exercises, games and initiatives designed to enable groups to discover and deal with critical real life, root issues in a fun, non-threatening environment. This training will focus on clear communication, positive leadership, and the implementation of support systems that you can take back to your teams. Training involves a “Ropes” course.


FULL Sea Island Dining & Kitchen Tour FULL
Maximum of 24 attendees
$125 per person


The Sea Island Culinary Team has extended an invitation to tour their kitchen and dining facilities. It's no secret that Sea Island has a deep history of top culinary talent from around the world. This experience will include kitchen tours, chef demos, and taste testing on one of the most exclusive islands in the country. 

 

ServSafe Re-certification Test 
$50 plus online exam fees

Participants will register and purchase the online exam prior to session ($36)
This session will include a ServSafe review, question & answer session, and Testing Proctor.

Session will be held at the Jekyll Island Convention Center.
