GSNA is excited to open registration for 2024 “Back to School” Expo.

Our “Back to School” Expo will be the same as the “Fall Expo” originally scheduled for October 22 in Athens.

Due to unforeseen circumstances GSNA has had to change the date and location for this event.

We aim to give you the same face time and connections with influential decision makers in the school nutrition industry while showcasing your new and innovative products and services!

The “Back to School” Expo will take place the day before GSNA National School Lunch Week Kick Off Luncheon.

REGISTRATION FEES
Table fee: $1,000.00 per table
Shared Table Fee: $100 per company (No more than THREE companies can share a table)
All payments must be received prior to set up.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE & LATE FEE
The registration deadline is Friday, August 30, 2024.  A late registration fee of $100 will be applied to all registrations after Friday, August 30^th .

PARTICIPATION
All companies are welcome to participate in the Expo. There is no membership fee to secure a table. All companies participating must register and pay the registration fee to participate in the show.

To have space for all that would like to participate, please keep blocks of table reservations to 8 tables or less.

No more than THREE companies can share ONE table. Each company at a shared table will pay the $100 shared table fee.

PAYMENTS
Payment of one-half of total fee must be submitted at the time of space reservation with the remainder being paid no later than September 6, 2024. We will not be able to reserve tables without a 50% deposit.

SPACE REQUIREMENTS
Each space will come with ONE 8ft draped table, two chairs and a trash can.
No equipment may be set up in the aisles, if you need extra space for equipment or cooking you MUST purchase additional space. You CANNOT set up in the aisle. Companies that set up in non-designated space will be fined an additional $100.

ELECTRICITY & ADDITIONAL TABLES

You will purchase your electricity directly from the center with the form linked here: Macon Centreplex Exhibitor Order Form

CARPET
The exhibit hall is carpeted.

REFRIGERATION/ICE
There will not be refrigeration or ice provided onsite - you will be able to purchase ice through the Macon Centreplex.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be in writing and be received by GSNA no later than September 6, 2024 for a refund of registration fee, less a $75 processing fee.  All cancellations made after September 6^th will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee.
We encourage company substitutions if possible.
