GSNA Committee Days is a gathering of GSNA Standing Committee Chairs of the Executive Board and District Representatives to discuss how to fulfill the President’s Plan of Action for the school year. Target Audience: GSNA Executive Board and District Representatives

“BACK TO SCHOOL” EXPO. September 9, 2026 – Macon Centreplex

A “mini” exhibits held in the Fall. This show is targeted towards catching school nutrition members that may not participate in the Annual Conference and gives Exhibitors a chance to meet and show products and services to that group.
Target Audience: School Nutrition Directors, Coordinators, Supervisors, Buyers, Managers, and Industry partners
Attendance: up to 200

NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH WEEK KICKOFF LUNCHEON. September 10, 2026 - Macon Centreplex

The annual kickoff event for National School Lunch Week in Georgia. The luncheon includes a seminar, award presentations and a luncheon.
Target Audience: All School Nutrition personnel and school system administrators
Attendance: 400

MANAGER’S RETREAT & TRAINING. October 8-9, 2026 – Great Wolf Lodge - LaGrange, GA
A Georgia School Nutrition Foundation project that provides professional development just for managers. This training session is held as a "retreat" over two days.
Target Audience: School Nutrition Managers
Attendance: 100


INDUSTRY SEMINAR. December 10-11, 2026 – King & Prince Resort, St. Simons Island, GA

The biannual meeting is a networking and educational event for school nutrition directors, coordinators, supervisors, and Industry. The seminar includes workshops, product demos, resource tables and scheduled networking time.
Target Audience: School Nutrition Directors, Coordinators, Supervisors, and Industry partners
Attendance: 200

LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY CONFERENCE. February 2-3, 2027 – Atlanta City Hall, Atlanta, GA

The GA LAC brings school nutrition professionals from across the state to the capital city to advocate, lobby and network with Georgia lawmakers for the children of Georgia that depend on school nutrition programs every day.
Target Audience: All school nutrition members and industry members
Attendance: 70 to 100
